Faresonline.com is so not good.They have poor customer service.

Godamn no good thing happened to me.
Let me tell you what happened to me when got a ticket to Japan.
I called this agency "Faresonline.com" to buy an airplane ticket to tokyo narita,the gave me a normal deal like as usual like other agency does,so I made a purchace,since I wanted to buy right away,it was 3 weeks before departure.
I wanted to be in Tokyo on Oct 1st,since i got something to do on 2nd in Tokyo. And the agent told me there's a ticket that will take me there on Oct 1st,12:55PM, so I purchased. What she said was just the ticket's detail like leaving SFO on Sep 30th 10:17 and I will be arriving Tokyo on 'Oct 1st' 12:55 pm.
When I actually got the confirmation slip from her,it was totally defferent deal!
The ticket was actually saying I'll be arriving Tokyo on 'Oct 2nd' not the 1st! So I called her to tell her the deal was wrong and here's what she said to me; 'Hey,Oct 2nd 12:55PM means midnight of the 1st so actually it means just 55 minutes later from 1st! Ask your friend when the 12:55PM means!" so I asked my friends and everybody saids it's in the middle of a day. So,I called her again,and she said 'So? you have purchased the ticket already so you can't change the flight!' and i was like "this is so not fair.Let me change the flight or please make it cheaper" and then she said "Oh,you're begging me! Don't call me anymore!" and then she just hung up!
She didn't admit any of her fault and she even called me 'BEGGER!'
I mean do you know any travel agent who believes 12PM means midnight???
She even tried to cheat me by stashing her mistakes.
And one more thing, she didn't tell me anything about transit and she actually said it's a direct flight but the flight actually goes to Toronto Canada from San Francisco,which is soooo Detour!! I will be stucked in the plane for like 20 hours plus I will miss my appointment in Tokyo!
Anyway,I just don't wanna you to have these experience which happened to me,so please do not use FARESONLINE.COM! PLEASE!!
I mean I'm not blaming the company,they just have a few poorly trained agents. And her name is allison.....
