1) I think the stuff could be helpful if you ask. But there is no gurantee. Depends on which airport you are going to transfer, there might be airport perple that could be helpful. For example, in the city where I live, we have free little people mover between different terminals to help elders and people with little children to transfer.
2) As far as I know, you can bring two carry-on with you onto the plane. But the diaperbag shouldn't be counted as one unless it's too big. If you travel alone with your two kids, I would strongly suggest you to carry only the diaper bag with all the goodys and check in the rest of your luggage.

I am getting ready to take my son (3years) and daughter (she'll be 4 months) on a plane ride. I've been trying to figure out what to bring on the plane. Thank you.
Questions:
1. Will the staff help you if you have a transfer?
2. How much cargo can you bring on?
