Great for groups

Student discounts are great if the group is big enough. The more people the better the discount. Yes there are better deals out there than student discounts but they are so hard to find that the student discounts save so much time and pain. Student discounts usually give you lots of discounts you did not know existed. They tell you about things that you did not even know the place had and then they give you a discount. We traveled with so many people that we were able to stay at the best hotel in Cancun. Any time I travel I go with a student discount.
