I was checking around for airfare prices from Kansas City to England, and being very discouraged since I had to be there Memorial Day weekend so would miss the good flights (going to a friends wedding). I saw a click thru for "Lowestfare.com" on a search engine and figured I would check it out.
They quoted me a price $240 lower then anywhere else I had found, and I had been searching all over the net and on the phone. I doubted it was for real since I couldn't even get that price directly with the airline - but the flight number and times were legit so I gave it a try and got my partner a ticket to go with me.
Once the tickets came in I called the airline to verify that all was okay. There was a small change in the flight back (20 minutes and a flight number change)and they emailed me the change AND called me to let me know about the change. I am VERY VERY pleased with the experience and will always check lowestfare.com in the future
