Should be called DisAdvantage rental by rushhowe Pros: Cheap rental price for the smallest car known to mankind.
Cons: The car wasn't big enough for 2 adults and an infant. I reserved an economy car from Advantage for 8 days in April 2013. Upon arriving at the rental counter at the Ft Lauderdale airport I was informed that there wasn't enough room in the car for me, my girlfriend, my child and a suitcase. They offered to upgrade me to a car that was suitable for an extra $10 a day...and insisted that I get their $13 per day insurance.

I walked away from the counter and reserved a car on Hotwire from Dollar rental. Same price minus the $13 per day insurance scam and I got a car big enough for 2 people and a baby and then some. |

15 Day Kaleidoscope of India & Nepal by serge1943  Pros: The guide & itenerary were excellent
Cons: None I have just been on my second Gate 1 tour & I must say that it will not be my last I thougroughly enjoyed the tour & would recommend it to my friends. It was very educational & I learnt a lot about the culture. The itinerary was well planned to allow us to see the most in such a short period & at the same time it allowed us some free time to further explore the sites. I was so impressed with Gate 1 that I have now booked the Russian & Baltic states tour for September & the Dubai trip for November. Thanks Gate 1, very well done.

Tropic Air is a far better airline by penguinlover Pros: I can't think of one
Cons: Overbook flights with no concern for customer service. We had a 1:30 flight booked with Maya Island Air, March 7, 2013, to go directly to Placencia. They oversold the flight, lied to us that "our plane was late," while 12 other people boarded the already late flight to Placencia. They made us wait another 1-1/2 hrs., before putting us on their smallest puddle jumper that then landed 2 other places before our final arrival in Placencia at 5:00, not 2:20 like we had booked. They took no responsibility & never compensated us for our troubles. I WOULD NEVER FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE AGAIN. Tropic Air is a far superior airline with awesome customer service.
