This is awful.
First, the metaphor of just shooting products you don't like is totally antithetical to the Epinion review guidelines. We are charged with writing reasoned opinions that state accurate facts and are based in personal experience. The text analogue to shooting a computer is, simply, writing "It sucks, it sucks, it sucks." In short: valueless, blind namecalling. We don't do that on this site. You shouldn't imply we do that in TV advertising.
Second, even if you get over that, it ought to be a :30 or even a :15, not a :60. The guy fires his first shot at :15 or so, and from then on there's no smile, no more shock value, just the shooting over and over again. You're trying to be edgy and shocking, but the spot drags and -- yes -- becomes boring. A good director would've knocked out a tighter spot. I can see this as a good :15, a dumb but passable :30, but not as a :60.
Gee: boring, repetitive, and anti-intellectual. Is that what you want people to think about Epinions? I know it's not what I want people to think about me.
I'm not even going to start on the issue of using guns to get laughs. But I daresay you wouldn't care to show this spot to a roomful of Columbine parents.
