Pros:Took more nerve that I have!
Cons:Almost no info on the product and included scenes that were highly inappropriate

I just finished watching this commercial review for the first time (yeah, I am a bit slow at joining the rest of ya but hey…what can I say) and I must admit that it made even me, the stoic liberal type of wench that I am, just kinda shake my head.

I must begin by saying that I am a breast-feeding advocate to the extreme. I don't even need to go into detail about the benefits to both mother and child. They are widely known. However, while I see nothing wrong with tasteful public nursing, I do feel that such a womanly act should be accomplished with dignity and grace and this also includes the collection of breast milk. Granted the reviewer, to her credit, did not expose any of her breast in the commercial, but it was still a bit tasteless. Although I personally have no aversion to breasts since I myself own a set, there are some people who would rather not view such semi-graphic displays on the boob tube. (umm...plenty of pun intended!)

As far as kitty helping herself to a bit of moo-juice? While I certainly don't begrudge any fur-person a treat of such magnitude I sincerely hope that the reviewer boiled that entire device including the bottle after the demonstration. I can think of few mouths besides a couple of species of lizards that harbor more bacteria than good ole kitty's.

The scene with the pizza man? I won't even go into that except to state that is unfair to humiliate any person in that manner, and had I been the delivery person I would have left with my face flaming.

The reviewer gave very little information about the device itself, except to state that it was best for her child. We already know that. What we did not learn was how much the device costs, the proper way to dismantle it and clean it, or even if the thing comes with batteries. Additionally, the pump was NOISY. No demure purring sound here like the one I used with my last child. Had I not seen that the buzzing was emitting from a breast pump, I would have naughtily assumed that this woman was engaging in a turbo-charged session of another sort! That's probably what the poor pizza dude thought until he saw firsthand where the noise was coming from.

Still, I give Jen some credit for doing what I would never have the nerve to do!
