Just a working class family guy who would rather read or listen to music than watch T.V. As a matter of fact, I'd rather do almost anything other than watch T.V. My wife and kids are my life, and everything else is just a hobby. My other true passion is baseball. One of my son's is an outstanding player, and I enjoy watching him play very much. My other son is a budding artist, and is very talented. They're on opposite ends of the spectrum, and they both make very proud. I've been lucky to have been married to the most beautiful woman in the world for the past 15 years. She is my one bit of sanity in an otherwise crazy world.
Epinions is like a breath of fresh air to me. Finally, I can read reviews of things pertaining to my interests, that are written by real people, and not "Siskel & Ebert" types. I love writing reviews, and passing on what I know about certain things. I don't care a lick about the money(although it is nice), I'm having a ton of fun doing this.
I'm the type of guy who believes that their is always room for improvement, so I strive to write better reviews each time out. For those of you who have read my earlier reviews, I've gone back and redone them, so if you want, check em' out.
Obvious to anyone who reads my reviews, I read a ton of horror fiction, so you'll have to excuse me if I seem to have a one-track-mind when it comes to reading. What can I say? I love the stuff, and I can't get enuff.
I'm also a big music fanatic. My greatest love is classic rock, but I also listen to a lot of modern rock, and other comtemporary music. I've written some reviews on some outstanding artists that you probably don't know anything about. I feel one of the great things about this sight is you can find out about these unknown types, and make an educated decision before buying. Check out my reviews on...Glenn Hughes-Addiction, Shannon Curfman-Loud Guitars, Big Suspitions, Cree Summer-Street Faerie. These artists are largely ignored by most of the general public, and it's a shame.
