How I rate the goods?
Being on a 5 base scale, there's a lot of room between 4 and 5 as compared to a 10 base. So if I give a product 5 stars, I can virtually find little reason not to consider purchasing the object of review if you are interested in it. 4 means I liked the product overall, but there was some reason it wasn't an absolute must buy for those interested. 3 means I had qualms about something, and purchase should be seriously reconsidered or thought over. 2 means I hated it, and it lacked very few redeeming qualities. 1 means I think the company who is responsible for it should be publicly flogged.
How I rate your rating of the goods As long as your review is informative, clear, and accurate, I will probably highly recommend it. Having something different to add about a product (especially if there are already a ton of reviews saying something similar) is big plus. Informative is probably the key for high recommendation. I personally try not to write a review for a product that has plenty of reviews which say enough. My exception is a product I think is so good that one more good review couldn't hurt.
Recommended - Maybe there wasn't enough meat to the review or I think there is a some inaccuracy.. but overall, I liked it.
Somewhat Recommended - There was something I didn't like about your review, but I still thought it had merit.
Anything below this and I had serious issues with the review.. I'll either skip or post a comment.
