Mother of three beautiful daughters, age 24 (new baby!), 21, and 21...yep, identical twins. We enjoy camping as a family and getting away from the normal every-day routine. I work full time outside the home at the local university....LSU (GEAUX TIGERS!!!!). And to round out the household, I am slave to several parrots (blue and gold macaw, congo african grey) and breed yellow naped amazons, orange winged amazons, Quakers, peachfaced lovebird mutations, black masked lovebirds, blue masked lovebirds, Fischer lovebirds, green cheek conures, parakeets and finches. I also handfeed larger parrots out of the nest. You got it...I've got the lovebird bug! My husband finally finished my new aviary and I'm enjoying it very much!
I have branched out and decided to try my hand at Freelance writing this past year. You can check out some of my work by vising my "favorite links" on my profile page. I'm really enjoying this more than I expected and continuing to challenge myself!
I've been a member of the Epinions community for several years now and I plan to hang around for a few more! I've always enjoyed writing and this seems to be a great place to "exercise" it!
