I am a free lance writer, eBay entrepreneur, small business consultant (specializing in work-from-home business), and advertising designer and copy writer.
Previously, I was involved in the retail, mail order and customer service industries. As a business owner, consultant and consumer, I have been "on both sides of the counter" in a wide variety of businesses.
I was born in Denmark and have lived in many different corners of the world, along the way experiencing a wide range of different interpretations of "customer service."
I've been "trolling" around the web since the days of hobbyists connecting to BBSs with their 1200baud modems-- lay the phone in the funky looking cradle, and off you go. I also used to write computer code on punched cards. Scary, huh?
In evaluating products and services, I try to keep in mind some of the things I had to "learn the hard way," along with the advice I generally give my clients in my consulting business. Hopefully the information will be useful to you.
I only write about things I have actually used in my life, on a regular basis. I don't believe a one-time use, or "reading about something" qualifies me to write a HELPFUL review.
