My review of Aventura Spa Palace - such an awesome place where I got married!
Galapagos Islands - my favorite destination.
About me...
I got married in November 2004. My husband and I tied the knot at Aventura Spa Palace on the Mayan Riviera, Mexico. It was such a wonderful experience and I recommend destination weddings to anyone! We couldn't resist and went back to Mexico in the summer of 2006, and did a huge road trip.
We spent our one-year wedding anniversary in the Galapagos Islands and Ecuador. It was an amazing trip and one of many to come!
I had a baby girl in March 2007, and my second baby in October 2009. Motherhood has been amazing, challenging, and wonderful! I am enjoying reviewing everything from baby products to the tools we use to renovate our house to all the cooking supplies we use.
I absolutely LOVE to travel. Some of my destinations include: every state in the Northeast, Canada, Arizona, Mexico, Virgin Islands, Ecaudor, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick. I was raised on Long Island, but from school to work, I've lived in NY, AZ, VT, PA, and NH.
I have a Master's Degree in Park & Resource Management with a concentration in Environmental Education. I love animals and used to horseback ride (hunter/jumper) frequently. We are in the process of looking for our first house.
Some of my other favorite things: sushi, mysteries, vegetarianism, surfing the web, tropical places, traveling/road trips, green tea, photography, spontaneity, reading, saving the environment, knitting scarves, pomegranates, guinea pigs, snowshoeing, pasta, tennis, cous cous, writing, cooking...
