How I rate epinions
HR - Informative, entertaining, and thorough
R - Gave me some new information or something to think about
SR - Offered the basics, but managed to be readable, would do better with some improvements
NR - Had serious problems that interfered with the readability, lacked credibility, or abused guidelines
