A few words about how I rate epinions:
1. I will not not give a poor rating to any review unless I find it to be offensive. This shouldn't be a problem because I'm extremely difficult to offend.
2. I will not give an epinion the "highly recommended" thumbs up unless I make it through the entire epinion.
3. I will not give an epinion a "recommended" mark unless I'm sure that the reviewer took the time to think about what he wished to convey.
4. I rarely ever use the "somewhat recommended" rating as I find it to be a bit wishy-washy.
5. I enjoy looking at reviews that are thorough and insightful and love to rate them highly.
6. If I ever give a less than "recommended" mark, I will always leave a comment. It bugs me when someone takes the time to blemish my record by leaving a "somewhat recommended" rating and then doesn't bother to tell me why they felt this way.
