My Ratings

VH A Very Helpful review is one that will cover the product in depth, and omits only a few minor details. It must cover all aspects of the product/service, and be easy to read.

H A Helpful review will be one that misses a few major details. Probably a few large or loads of small spelling mistakes, though spelling isn't something I really look for in an epinion. Somewhat disorganized, perhaps a bit sloppy.

SH A Somewhat Helpful is going to be something that's not much over 100 words, and basically paraphrases the back of the box, or a TV ad. Only a few nuggets of useful information keep SH reviews from falling into the black pit of the next category, the NH reviews....

NH NH's are ratings I try very hard not to give out. If I see an epinion that's 3 sentences that basically say 'it sucks', it's gettin schwacked with an NH. While a valid point is made, I need more information on a product than just 'it sucked'. What is it? An electric hat? An online e-tailer for angry baddgers? An inflatable pool? NH reviews tend to be ones that give no real background or description of the product.

OT I'm pretty leinient about OT's. If something fits reasonably well into a category, I'll rate something other than an OT. Products that are wildly misplaced, or reviews that are nonsensical however, will get a big fat OT visited upon them.
