Hi and welcome to the long version of my profile. Nope, no html here, with the exception of the linkage below.
Now, who am I and what makes me tick? Hard to figure out from the reviews, I agree. But you'll see that I like to look into things (notice a few reviews of the fine print--service TOS') but not too deeply (notice no TOS review of epinions). I have a fondness for gadgets, all things solar, most things green, and the home and garden. I'm also a bargain hunter. So, if I like something, you can be sure it's got to be a good value. Even the high priced stuff I recommend has a good value someplace.
I'm outspoken on some things. A turkey will be a turkey, and I've encoutered a few. But on other things, I admit, I'll dance around the issue, and leave it be.
I'm a lover of hot springs, redwood trees, and exotic birds. A former San Franciscan, though I'll be a native of the place till I die.
There have been changes around here. Some good, some not so good. You're likely to still find me around, though. There for the ride, if nothing else.
