Hello. If you happen to see that I've rated a review 4 years after everyone else who rated it did so, the reason is because I actually use Epinions to make decisions. When I need info on a product, I look it up on Epinions
My Reviews - I try to make my reviews as interesting an informative as I can. Sometimes, I try to review a product that I'm just not very good at describing. Anyway, if you think my review stinks, please let me know why. I'm not a revenge rater. Rate my reviews however you think they should be rated. I won't hold it against you.
How I rate - I try to rate as fairly as I can. If your review tells me something I didn't know or something I need to know about a product, it's more likely to get a favorable rating from me.
Of Note - I usually try not to clutter up my reviews with a whole lot of obvious details that you can get simply by clicking on the product description. I try to keep it mostly just a brief description of my experience with the product.
FINALLY - My reviews usually don't start out very good. I usually write them quickly, publish them and then refine them over a period of time as I see things that need to be fixed, changed or elaborated upon. I know I could do this without publishing them and wait until they're perfect but I just like doing it this way. So if you see a review by me that seems really sloppy, it will probably get better. I'm not asking you to rate it based upon what it can be. But if it covers most of the major points, you can be pretty sure I will refine it.
