About ahand
Lifelong musician, both as pro and hobbyist/composer. Started off in teen clubs playing bass for various bands, moved up to rock, then finger picking blues. Spent some time in the early 80s as a Punk/New Waver (the more abstract side), then circled back to electric Delta Blues to 30's banjo. Recently revived his Delta Snake Blues News as a blog, which now covers music from a more digital-oriented angle, plus freed of the necessity of selling ads and subscriptions, the comments are more personal and candid. http://deltasnake.blogspot.com/ Recently launched the "Common Sense Folk Medicine" web site, currently under construction. http://commonsensefolkmed.health.officelive.com/default.aspx
