About Ascholten

I live in the Jacksonville, Florida area and currently am in the Military (Navy) stationed here. I will be retiring from the navy in about 4 years and plan on staying in the florida area if possible.
Some of my interests are Metal Detecting and coin collecting. Yes im one of those geeks you see on the beach wearing a set of headphones and sweeping the sand looking for 'lost treasures'
While I am not getting rich from it, I do enjoy getting outdoors and the exercise when out and about. When I am not outdoors, I usually am online either surfing the web or playing games.
Another one of my hobbies is Making my own beer and wine which I have been doing for about 10 years now. Although I do not consider myself an expert, I have won a few awards and trophies for some of my brews.
Other than that, nothing really special about myself to say. Im just an average person i'd say :)
