About berniez40
I was born in Dallas Texas where I was raised and schooled till College came along. I moved to Boston Ma. where I studied The Upright Bass at The New England Conservatory of Music. I liked Boston and stayed there for 10 years. The cost of living, and the end of a marriage sent me packing back to my roots in Dallas. I continued to play music for a while as a free lance musician in the Jazz, Jazz Rock, and now Country Genres both live, and in the studio. It took awhile, but I eventually found Ms. Wonderful and re-married. I soon retired from the Night Club Scene when I pulled down a regular first call gig at a small local studio. This, along w/teaching school helped pay the bills. As I saw the opportunity to help do more drop-out prevention by teaching night school, I retired from the studio as well. I still play both electric and upright, at my local church. Electric for the "Contemporary" services, and Upright for the more formal "Orchestral" services, and occasionally "Folk/Blue Grass/Country Services." As you can tell by my reviews, I am a golf fanatic.
