About Bluedog007
I'm a twentysomething network manager/administrator that actually still has a job here in the Seattle area. I'm married to a wonderful woman who is an aspiring artist and entrepreneur, and we have a seventeen-month old daughter. When I am not writing code, network documentation, or email, I enjoy writing for Epinions! I administer the LAN/WAN for a research group at a major cancer research institution. I have run the gamut of employment in the high-tech sector, from stints at Microsoft to startups to healthcare/research organizations. I've been in the biz since 1996, so if anyone wants to know what it's like to work in network administration, feel free to ask me! I am also on the road to applying to med school, so I'll likely be reviewing many admissions guides and MCAT prep materials in the near future. Oddly enough, I have written few epinions about anything computer-related. I'll have to work on that this year. I seem to write about whatever I encounter in daily life that really impresses or irks me. My particular projects on Epinions of late have been my reviews of my alma mater, Lawrence University. My epinions repertoire is quite a variety of topics at this point!
