A few of you are wondering who CaptainBK is so here goes.
I grew up with a father who could fix anything, so naturally as his only son carried on with a techno flair.
I have a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of South Florida. Over the past 22 years I have been employed as an industrial microbiologist.....I grow bacteria for a living...lots of bacteria. The bacteria have been used in anything from food to cleaning up toxic waste. I have ten publications and fourteen US patents....I have been very busy over the years.
I love toys. Between our boat, the cars and the condo, there
are lots of devices that are needed and just cool to have. We have always been careful shoppers, sometimes waiting for the bugs to be worked out with new technologies before diving in. I have found epinions.com to be "very helpfull" in many of our purchases. Many people claim that I am opinionated (imagine that) so I thought I would try to return something to the community by writing some reviews. It has been fun and based on the comments, people like to hear what I have to say. I hope that I can continue to provide a service our online community.
