I'm an accountant by day, but I love to consume pop culture by night. I read mysteries and prefer the cozy variety but occasionally venture into darker waters. I also have a CD collection made up mostly of Christian music. I have lots TV shows I follow on a regular basis, and TV on DVD sets are going to be the death of me, at least financially. I also watch lots of movies, especially Disney, and am thrilled to announce that I have all of their animated classics on VHS and DVD and am now working on Blu-Ray. Did I mention I'm an obsessive collector?
I've always liked recommending what I've enjoyed to my friends, and I started reviewing online in 2001 as a way to reach a bigger audience. I hope that by looking at my reviews, you'll find something new that you'll enjoy.
Of course, since I'm choosing the items I read/listen to/watch and review, most items will be a 4 or 5 star review. And, obviously, these are my opinions. Hopefully, looking at these will give you a sense of how your tastes line up with mine so I can help you find something new.
Wondering about my profile picture? In the last couple of years, I've gotten into mud runs, a run that includes obstacles like walls and ropes as well as mud pits to run and crawl through. They're a lot of fun and keep me motivated to get off the couch and away from the desk to exercise.
Looking for the review links I used to keep on my profile page? Turns out that Epinions is serious when they limit our long biographies to 100,000 characters. I ran over that , so I set up a blog to use for the review links if for no other reason than I love the easy access having all these links at my finger tips allows me when I'm looking for something in particular.
