I'm sort of a "cultural mutt" as I'm Chinese by blood, but I was born in Tokyo, Japan, lived there for 9 years, then moved to Northern California. I have been stuck here happily ever since.
I've been a car fanatic as long as I can remember. I try my best to attend racing events. I've attended NASCAR, NHRA, CART, and Formula One races. I also have some track driving experience as a member of the Northern California Shelby American Automobile Club.
I'm into old cars, and love classic cars of all sorts. (The newest car I've ever owned is a 1986 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS) I enjoy going to vintage races like the Monterey Historics. I own a 1962 Austin Mini, my dream car since kindergarden.
My motive for getting interested in photography was to take pictures of cars!
I enjoy travelling, as I've been to Germany, France, England, Scotland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and of course Japan. My latest travels have been automotive-related, like driving on the Autobahn, going to the Tokyo Motorshow, and watching Formula One races in Suzuka, Japan. Did I tell you that I love cars?

I try to change my perspective as a "beginner" when I post ratings. Length of an Epinion is not the primary factor in judging a rating, but there are only so many things you can say in a short paragraph!
