I only rate things I feel really opinionated about. Though I could go on for days about certain bands, I won't coz there are too many, and I don't want to leave anyone out. ^~ Same for most movies and books. But if it's a rare purchase, or something new that's really caught me in some way, I'll rate it.

Also, I rate people sometimes. If I rate you, I'll leave a comment, too. And if you give me a crappy review, at least please explain why. Otherwise I can't take much stock in it, sorry. :P
