Being a CIT major (I'm technically getting a degree from Purdue), I'm slightly techie-obsessed. I like buying toys with money made at my lovely job at Starbucks. Actually, making coffee doesn't pay that well, but I have money saved up to buy things like digital cameras, laptops, and all the toys attached to my computer.
I like writing reviews because I like reading reviews. Consumer Reports is like the god of the review world, but since epinions.com is free, I'll stick around. :) I found epinions when I was looking for a PDA, and when I realized I was making money by writing reviews, I kept at it. Of course, I didn't realize that rating others' reviews would help the whole income share thing until I'd been in the system for over a year, but whatever. That's not the point.
I tend to update my reviews, so feel free to check back a few months or so after you've read my initial review just in case something horrible has happened...like with my first digital camera. I'm not active on the site much, but if I can help another sucker be less of a sucker by buying something worth their money, then my work here is done.
