About consumeristo
I hate branding. People who like certain brands are sort of like people who always vote for the same political party. Lazy to find out the real story. The fact is that some companies make some good products. Most companies do not make good products and for them you are just a cash cow. Considering that I have had about 10 printers in 12 years says a lot, all the spec jargon and convincing salesman BS is just that: BS. No, I don't mean a BS degree. ;-) I mean there are underlying factors why people have their credit cards maxed out, eventually shifting to devastating interests. Advertisers consumer fraud are undermining the society as a whole. Long story. Anyhow, I am always hoping for the product that you buy once. Seems like there are a handful while the rest are either designed by really stupid people or made to NOT last on purpose. Chariot child carriers are a shining star in this aspect. An American product, of course (Canadian). I'm proud to buy American. Or -whatever works best of course. Another is the computer company SHUTTLE. Two of my favorite product makers and free of gimmickry that the AD world perpetrates on us.
