This is my personal rating system to accompany the star ratings provided by Epinions. Although it may seem like I don't like many films, I would say that I just haven't seen many good ones lately. As soon as one appears I will write a review of it faster than you can say "Loche Ness Monster".
5: SO darn good I turned down sex and food to see it again. A true rarity.
4: Good enough to add to my collection and talk about without using profanity.
3: Worth seeing in the theatre and at home. At least one worthy feature.
2: Bad enough to cause corneal lessions, but maybe bad enough to make me laugh. Don't automatically discount these unintentional comedy gems.
1: Do not view anything in this category unless you believe in reincarnation.
So if anyone would like to hear about some movies that I DO enjoy, write me and I'll let you know. I'm about as shy as a fifty year-old hooker, so I won't be afraid to tell you what I think. Until then, pray with me that someone in LA learns to use more than one synapse at a time and staunches the flow of effluent coming from Hollywood.
