About Me
I would expect a comment if you were to give me lower than a "Helpful" rating on any of my epinions, and usually I will leave a comment if I do the same to your review. Feel free to E-Mail me if I have rated one of your epinions lower than a VH and you have edited it since.
Web Of Trust
I do not participate in trust circles. That means that just because you add me to your trust list, that does not mean that you will be added to mine. Most people on my trust list ether agree with me on many topics and have average to good reviews, and the others are nice people who have great reviews. I try to rate Epinions of people on my trust list every so often. For people that trust me, I also try to rate their epinions but not as often.
Block List
To get on my block list, you have to rate one of my Epinions NH (Not Helpful) without leaving a comment or sending me an E-Mail. Another way is if you write Epinions that are offending to me or consistently not helpful or off-topic. Lastly, you can get on my block list if you write an Epinion totally trashing something I love (Such as Star Wars) despite how good or bad the Epinion may be, and have no other Epinions that show support in anything else that I like. This is very rare, but be assured people get added this way, like it or not. This is for my personal use so I don't really care if you don't like the way I do it, it's not like I'm posting my block list publicly.
How I Rate
I almost never give a 'NH', unless the Review is obviously offensive, completely off topic or extremely short with sentences like "I hate this product because it sucks". 'SH' ratings are usually given to Epinions that are obviously done just for the money, and have very little helpful information or are very short. An 'H' rating is not bad, it just means that you had good information on certain parts of a product and very little or none on other parts, or just a brief discription of each part. Usually with a paragraph or two more and most of the spelling mistakes fixed I will gladly change it to an 'VH'. An 'VH' rating means that you did a good job on all parts of your review, and I noticed none or few spelling mistakes.
NOTE: If I strongly disagree with one of your Epinions, well written or not, the best I will give it is an 'H' Rating.
