I have been interested in electronics for a long time and was one of the first people on board the dvd bandwagon. I admit that I wasn't that knowledgeable back then, but I am pretty sure I know more than any electronics salesman in my area now. I have always loved movies but dvd has allowed me to fully appreciate the effort and work that is put into them. My love for video games springs from wanting to be an actor in movies but having the worst case of stage fright you can imagine. They allow me to act out this need in a very interactive way. I have owned the Atari 2600, NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, Playstation, and Playstation 2. They have all been great in their own time and I still own a few. I am, I guess, what you would call a budding audio/videophile. I own a 32" Wega XBR, Sony PS2, Kenwood dolby digital receiver, and Polk Audio 6200 surround speakers and PSW 250 subwoofer. It sounds great but I will probably upgrade it all to Sony(except my speakers) so I can S-link it all together. I grew up playing baseball, but now that I can no longer play, I enjoy watching just about everything.( Except Soccer!)
