About davepaine
I've done a bit of everything the last few years: student, raft guide, receptionist, nightwatchman, tutor, teacher, dedicated traveler, illegal alien, and most lately (and most often) working on an ambulance as a paramedic.

I love travelling. My wife and I spent the 2000 and 2001 teaching English in Graz, Austria, and going as many places as we could manage. It's wonderful to be able to get a last-minute deal to Africa or the south of Spain for what it would cost to go to Myrtle Beach.

But, alas, that is behind us for the moment, as we now reside in Boone, North Carolina.
