Some of my interests are, but not limited to, the computer, reading, sewing, travel and home DIY'ing. Hand quilting (see picture below) is a passion of mine as it was my mother's. She died in June 2009 and there's not a day goes by that she's not missed.
Speaking of my mother, she was the REAL daughter of a Civil War Veteran. During her lifetime, there were four generations of female descendants belonging to Major Belle Reynolds, Tent #4, (Detached), Jackson, TN. (DUVCW). There are now 3 generations.
I'm married with three children and five grandchildren. Two of my grandchildren are in college. One grandchild is in middle school and the other in high school.
My fifth grandchild (Savannah Rose) was born on 8-29-11 at 8-29pm. It's her picture on my profile page.
It's been an interesting journey watching them grow up and quite humorous watching my children raise them. Who says God doesn't have a sense of humor?
It was a pleasure to meet Bryan_Carey, skbreese (Sheila), Granniemose, and her daughter, artbyjude an unofficial "meet and greet" in Knoxville, TN., in 2006. My oldest daughter, melissasrn (Melissa), keeps the music alive and the family humming.
I've traveled to Scotland (twice), England, Norway, and Tenerife (Canary Island) outside the United States. Some of my favorite places were London, Manchester, Liverpool, Blackpool, Edinburgh, Edinburgh TATTOO, Glencoe, Dundee, Fife, Glasgow, St. Andrews, Glamis Castle, Orkney Islands, Balfour Castle, Perthshire, Sterling Castle, Brechin Castle, the highlands, and Aberdeen.
After cataract surgery in April (2010), my vision was such that eye glasses were no longer needed. What better way to celebrate than buy a Kindle! Do you love to read? If so, you'll love the Kindle.

This is fairly obvious. If you didn't help me make a decision, it's Not Helpful. Some obvious factors are: Is the review hard to read/follow? Did you just regurgitate product specs? Plagiarism? Explained what the product does/is? Any useful information at all? Grammar? Sentence structure? Punctuation? You don't have to be letter perfect but if English isn't your first language, you need to mention it. Run your spell check before posting.
