I am a wife and mother of two boys, 14 years and 2 1/2 years, I know ..what an age span, what was I thinking :)
My oldest son is very athletic and has a great sense of humour, he has taught me alot about being a mother. My youngest son is Autsitic and has Celiac Disease among many severe food allergies. He has taught me how to look at life through his eyes and alot about patience. I am currently working on a cookbook which was inspired by him.My husband is great, he puts up with alot and never complains, he has a great sense of humanity and honesty about him and I love that!!! Plus he eats all my cooking and NEVER complains, he ate a carrot dish for two years before he told me it was not his favorite, poor guy, he endures alot in our kitchen.I also have a wonderful extended family that has been very supportive for me, I lean on all of them alot. I hope you enjoy my opinions, FINALLY, a chance for me to state MINE hee hee.
