I often wonder why it is I keep coming back to Epinions. Well last night I finally decided that maybe it was about time I did something more with my life. Much as I enjoy writing Dick Dangerous for you all, and for myself, it would appear that a} very few of you are actually reading them, and b} the people who you've let rule this little website want to make damn sure you're not able to. So last night, a user by the name of Badbonz0007 with only minimal grasp of the English language, left a patronising and rather offensive comment on the latest installment of Dick, to which I naturally defended myself. Of course user Badbonz0007, devoid of a sense of humour or, indeed, any idea of how to properly construct a sentence, reported Dick Dangerous to the abuse section of Epinions. For defending himself. I may or may not have left a sarcastic comment on one of his reviews, but you know what? I'm past caring.
So if you're an Epinions abuse team member then go ahead and delete this account - I'm systematically deconstructing it now, and you'll save me the effort.
For all you poor sods who just wanted to read some Dick Dangerous and have your funny bone tickled, then fear not. I shall still be writing the adventures of Finchley's finest warrior and am exploring alternative outlets for him where people might actually read it, rather than this staid website.
