About Dinday
|
I'm a California boomer, and while away my remaining hours writing, and picking dog hairs off me. I have a law practice in San Francisco, CA, and mostly minister to the morally challenged (criminal defense), with a minor in injury litigation.
I majored in English at New Jersey's State U, Rutgers, and attended law school at Rutgers also. I was admitted to the Bar in New Jersey in 1974 and in California in 1977. I'm a past president of the United States (Oh, wait. No, that was the other sterling California lawyer, Richard Nixon)
If you liked any of my Epinions, try scrolling way down to an Epinion from January of 2000 entitled "stalking the Wiley Abalone". It's one of my better efforts, though seldom visited because it's in a remote topic.
At different times in my life I have been a painter's helper, furniture delivery man, factory foreman, steel fabricator; fork lift driver, elementary school substitute teacher, and prosecutor (I worked briefly on the retrial of Hurricane Carter).
I have published columns in magazines and newspapers, and written an (as yet) UNPUBLISHED lawyer and cop crime novel (OHhhhh the injustice!)
I'm married to Mary (also a lawyer) with four children,(3 boys & one princess) the eldest in U.C. Berkeley, one about to attend U.C. San Diego, one in high school, and one still in middle school. We live with our guide dog yellow labrador retriever, Nola, who thinks she is the cat's (Clover) mother. Clover is the only cat in the world who uses the toes on her front paws like fingers. She picks up food between her toes. She also pushes her food dish into a doorway when it is empty.
I love getting comments, so please feel free to leave one on any topic.
