My name is Derek Penrod. I am eighteen years old and am currently a freshman at Snow College in Ephraim Utah. I decided to come to Snow because I love the small town feel and the fun atmosphere of the campus. I like how college doesn't have the clicks high school has. Most people here are really cool. Although there are a few people who haven't got over themselves yet. They have it coming. I don't know what I want to major in yet so I am just doing my generals before my mission in January. I enjoy hunting, fishing, basketball, motocross, snowboarding, football, and tons of other stuff so I consider myself pretty well rounded. I grew up working on my uncles farm in Genola where I am from. So I have a big background in farming. I graduated from Payson High and had a blast in my three years there. And I am enjoying Snow so far so ya that is pretty much it.
