The Great Movie Derby II
We're doing it all over again because we resolved nothing. 2007 proved to be a great challenge between millinocket and I. In the end, it came down to the wire and we settled on a draw. 2008 is a whole new animal and there is a determined effort by both to see who will reign supreme in this movie race. I'll be surprised if we manage to even hit the double-digit mark.
Once again, at the very last minute, it's another tie. Let's see if 2009 is the year somebody takes the lead.

Isn't it strange that the Category Lead for Movies (millinocket) and one of her Movie Advisors (elvisdo) rarely venture out to an actual movie theatre? It's been a running gag between the two of us that we find quite amusing. But 2007 is different. We are determined to see who will actually see more new releases in the given year. It was a close race that came down to wire, but in the end we both tied with 8 movies each. Let's see how the 2008 derby fares.
