I'm 22 years old and live in CA. I'm married, work full time, and attend college here in Livermore. I love photography and hope to make my work known to the world someday! Up until now I haven't had many "hobbies" in my daily life. I've recently discovered I have a knack and a love for photography. My inspiration is Ansel Adams. I love his black and White work in Yosemite. I'm lucky enough to not live too far from there and plan to take a trip and follow in his footsteps. I'm learning as much as I can about the techniques and art of photography as much as I can so that I can embark on my photographic journey :). I've learned that no matter how good you are at spotting the Art in nature, if you don't understand the camera and shooting techniques you won't get the picture you want! Aside from my new hobby I enjoy spending time with nature and camping/backpacking with my new husband. We plan to take our dog on his first camping trip in Late June of this year. My husband and I were married on March 24, 2001, and are enjoying married life! I've recently re-enrolled in college and plan to graduate with my AA next spring. I still have no idea what I want to do. Psychology, Teaching, Photography...who knows??!! I figure I'll just keep taking classes until something slaps me in the face. I'm very close to my family, most of which is also here in Livermore. I visit my mom, dad, and sister at least once a week, and love spending time with my grandparents and great-grandmother who only live about 5 minutes away. I think it's important to have family close by and to spend as much time as possible with them. I think of my self as an optimistic person who can find something good even out of the worst of situations. There's a lesson to be learned in everything!
