Hey, all. Currently I'm a planning and research analyst in Chicago, working at a mid-size advertising agency. Don't let this fool you into thinking I carefully analyze and judge everything I experience. As my close friends will tell you, my choice in movies is somewhat....well...questionable. My saving grace, though, is being able to assess whether someone ELSE will like the movie (or book, or restaurant, whatever) in question.
Sidenote on my movie reviews: I distinguish between "films" and "flicks." I tend to enjoy the latter more than the former (but not always):
Films: The Color Purple, The Sixth Sense, Forrest Gump
Flicks: The Mummy, Goonies, Scream
What is the distinction? I'll let you figure that out...
