I really love or hate products. I am really tired of companies releasing sub-standard products - then forcing us to keep them. This is becoming especially rampant with the Internet. I like Epinions because I want to hear from real people, not the companies marketing departments. Sometimes I am really surprised by a company when they take the high road with service, or really make a superior product. I try not to embellish my reviews, and state the situation from my own experience. Sometimes I compare the reviewed product to one that is very similar. When I am deciding on a purchase, I appreciate this type of input.
