About frytz
I was a chemist for 35 years and retired about 5 years ago. I have a small part time weekend job. I am married and have 2 children, both in their 20s - one still at home. My wife and I enjoy golfing. I am an accomplished computer user (Mac), an active investor, an amateur photographer and an amateur composer. My main love is hiking. I hike as many days a week as I can, and I hike over 1200 miles a year. I hike mainly in northern New Jersey and southern New York, but also in New Hampshire and Maine in the summers. I write opinions on subjects that I either really enjoyed or was quite disappointed with. I rate opinions only on whether I learned something from them. Grammar and spelling are incidental. Meaningful content is king!
