About fuche_bu
born in Philadelphia but live in the burbs. I write poetry and work at an unnamed place to earn money. Family and friends know the reason the workplace remains unnamed. I'd be publicly shunned if it were widely known. I'm only doing my day job until I figure out what I want to do when I grow up. As for epinions, I write a lot about beer because I drink a lot of different beers. I try to write so that someone new to craft beer can understand. Many of the beer geeks around here know more than I do anyway. So I try not to insult their intelligence with my reviews but I want it to be enjoyable to a wide range of people. I also do books, music, restaurants, travel and Simpsons toys. I've tried somewhere in the neighborhood of 2000 beers I also have over 1700 CDs and over 1000 books in my personal collection so I won't run out of material anytime soon. For ratings, I like to give out VHs as much as possible. The sliding scale tends to reflect my view of needed info and oomph being missing from the review. I rarely MH or NH. I usually SH poorer work because it creates the same effect of filtering the review from public view anyway. I tend to only NH when the material is stupid or offensive. I will rarely MH because I often haven't read all the reviews on a product and it seems arbitrary to MH when there's only one review on a product. An H is usually a solid review that helps but could provide more info and pizazz.
