I became a stay home mom four years ago after my second daughter was born. Up until that time, I had been a junior high science teacher! Life is certainly different not being in the classroom! I loved teaching and enjoyed having a "hands on" classroom full of labs and activities.
Even though I miss some of my classroom experiences, I have loved being home with my princesses! By reading my epinions, it will probably be obnoxiously apparent that I think my daughters are the most wonderful things in the whole world! I feel extremely fortunate to be able to stay home with them.
I married my high school sweetheart! I knew on our first date that I would either marry him or marry someone just like him! We have been married for 11 happy years and together have accomplished many of our goals. I think we make a great team!
Together, we are very active in our community and church. My husband is a devoted and compassionate veterinarian! You would love for him to care for your precious pet! He is active on various boards and organizations in our small town. I serve on our Crisis Center Board, am President of a local ladies service club, am a PTA Officer, and served as Director of my church's Vacation Bible School. I think it is important to give back to my wonderful community.
