I'm 16 and live in modern Mayberry is East Tennessee, so I don't generally have a whole lot of insight about the world. But I love music all the way around, and while I have my favorites (can anyone say U2?), I try to be unbiased... I am not, however, so my reviews might be on the gushy side, but hey...I try.
Music has always been more important than life or death to me, and it has a place in my life I really can't explain, but it transcends time, place, and it covers my spirit. I really can't think of a major event in my life where music didn't factor in - it heals, thrills, gives chills... and I'll cut the cheesy rhyming now.
So, my favorites: U2, Willie Nelson, Bruce Springsteen, Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, Foo Fighters, Eric Clapton, John Lennon, and the Dave Matthews Band. I have not only a tremendous liking for their music, but a tremendous respect for each and every one of those artists as well. They're not all I listen to by a long shot, but the ones I consider my 'favorite.'
Yeah, I'm a Christian who's not crazy about "Christian" music. Sue me.
I must very honestly state I just found out about the Income Share a week or so ago. I had no clue there was any profit involved and I doubt I'll be racking up much, but it's a nice addition. I say this not to be humble but to illustrate my extreme stupidity in matters of the world.
I feel compelled to explain my moniker, hawkbee - it's a tribute to the greatest show of all-time, M*A*S*H. I'm sure fans can figure it out.
One more thing regarding the Web of Trust: I'm very slacky about that, mostly because I'm forgetful and I just forget it's there. So if I give you VH ratings often and haven't added you, chalk it up to me being a loser.
