I need to take '5' to care for my elderly Grandmother and Great Aunt. I'll tell y'all about as soon as I pry the car seat from my fanny. My Gosh!!
My husband and I competed in the 2000 Body-for-LIFE Challenge and placed in the top 2000 finishers. Personal Note:
To all those who have generously rated my scribblings - Thanks, and I will get around to returning the favor, eventually! I suffer from daily headaches and constant numbness and tingling in my arms and hands as a result of a car accident while pregnant with my son. I have been through many therapies to put back the slipped discs in my neck and return the curve to my C spine, without results or relief. Therefore, spending a lot of time at my PC is torture!! One of these days.........
