College student, and trying to get my band started (Defiance). Not exactly the most original name but I chose it cause it's "broad". I write a lot of reviews on metal, mostly on black/death/thrash because that's the type of music I listened to most often. But these days, I've started listening to more electronic music (BT, Hybrid , Infected Mushroom)and expanding my musical preferences.
I rate other people's reviews obviously not by their opinion (I noticed a few low-lives screwed me over because of that), but how they make their arguement. Presentation isn't all that important to me, as long as they make their point clearly and gives me an idea they know what they're talking about; it's cool.
As far as people I trust, they're the ones who have shown me credibility and
others are just friends of mine (whom I trust offcourse).
Few of my favorite writers are:
Sleestakk(man who loves beer and hard music {In Flames rules})
Grimgrrrl (one of my closer friends and she always has too much to say, so her reviews come out good)
Opprobriumark (a man who loves black metal, but Hecate Enthroned is weak)
I've noticed there are a good amount of Epinion users don't recommend my reviews, personally that's fine with me.
BUT IF YOU'RE GOING TO LEAVE A "NOT RECOMMEND" MY WORK, AT LEAST HAVE THE DECENCY TO LEAVE YOUR ID AND A COMMENT.
I'LL DO THE SAME IF I EVER LEAVE A SR OR AN NR.
