About ivdanu

Until about 40 I was a Teacher, a Photo Journalist, a Businessman, a Desktop Publisher, a Journalist and others. Neither of these did satisfy me, neither did give a sense of fulfillment. So I've turned to my teenager passion, which was painting and visual arts (and on top of everything, I did immigrate to Canada with my family, selling everything in my native country, Romania). Now, my kids are almost all grownups and I live alone trying to " become a genius " (I do write a book with this pompous title, but with the subtitle :"How to Survive as an Artist in Quebec, Canada or La Boheme")
Movies are my other passion. I've seen probably millions, I've liked a few and still think that , given a small miracle, a film could be an work of art, one of the most complete and fascinating means of artistic expression.
