So far I have done well following the reviews here on epinions so I figured it was time for me to add some of my own.
Since I've worked on a lot of software projects over the past 15 years, I've seen how smart people can turn out bad products. Hey, we all do stupid things. Unfortunately, not all of us can admit that.
Stupdity + Ego = California's Energy Crisis.
I can imagine having been in any of the meetings where they planned deregulation. As a technical writer (we have to translate the engineering into English) I've learned to question everything. I'm pretty sure I would have asked why anyone thought there would be a sudden boom in energy plant constuction. We haven't built any here for over 20 years because between local protests and regulations it just doesn't happen.
