About jmaze1

Spearfishing is my biggest passion, followed closely by offshore saltwater fishing. For the past 10 years I have lived on the west coast of Florida in the Tampa Bay area. This location is perfect for me and I love the abundant water related recreational opportunities the area provides.

My formal education is in engineering and I have both a B.S. and M.S.in civil engineering with an emphasis on hydraulics and hydrology. I am a registered civil engineer (P.E.) currently practicing in water resources. It seems my life has revolved around water.
