About JudgeDr
Here's how I do my ratings:

Highly Recommended: Exceptionally written opinions. Thorough and "readable". Gives a lot of useful information. It doesn't have to be an epic novel, the main thing I look for is the quality of information it gives.
Recommended: Contrary to what most people think, this is a good rating. I give this rating to opinions that provide some useful information. The opinion might not be as extensive or in-depth which is why it's an R instead of an HR.
Somewhat Recommended: Opinions that provide minimum information. Usually, opinions that get an SR rating are way too short (like say below 100 words) and seems like it has been hastily written. This also includes opinions that are barely understandable or riddled with a lot of spelling mistakes (and I mean LOTS), especially if the writer comes from an English-speaking country.
Not Recommended: I rarely give out an NR. Usually people I NR also gets into my Web of Distrust due to abusive behaviour. My NR zoo also includes subhuman cretins who engage in plagiarisms, racism and subterfuge in whatever forms.
